Proposed changes to the City's regulated parking laws

The City of Gold Coast (City) invites you to have your say on proposed changes to the City’s traffic areas and other parking laws by providing feedback on any of the changes that are relevant to you. More information about these changes and submission forms are available below. Please refer to the document section to review the proposed amendments to Local Law No. 2 (Regulated Parking) 2006 and Subordinate Local Law No.2 (Regulated Parking) 2006 in their entirety, and subsequently some Frequently Asked Questions.

Have your say on the latest changes from 31 January to 21 February 2025 by:

• Choosing the relevant parking law changes and information
• Complete the online submission form or download a printable submission form to scan and email gchaveyoursay@goldcoast.qld.gov.au, post to Chief Executive Officer, City of Gold Coast, PO Box 5042, Gold Coast MC 9726, or deliver in person to City of Gold Coast Customer Service Centres
• Hard copies of the submission forms and relevant documents are also available at the Nerang customer service centre.
