Proposed amendment: Reducing existing animal control area to the fenced area.

Dog regulation change is proposed with conflict of use and safety concerns for other park users.

Part 3 - Designated animal control areas to be revoked

The dog off leash exercise area is limited within the area indicated by the green dotted line on schedule 2, map 137.

For community safety, a reduction in the current designation and a fenced area has been proposed.
