Local Law 16 Swimming Pools
The Council of the City of Gold Coast (City) invites you to have your say on the proposed Local Law No.16 (Licensing) 2020 and Subordinate Local Law No.16.2 (Swimming Pools) 2020.
The City is responsible for the licensing and regulation of swimming pools within the local government area under Local Law No.16 (Licensing) 2008 and Subordinate Local Law No.16.2 (Swimming Pools) 2008. The object of these laws are to ensure that the operation of swimming pools comply with appropriate standards of health and safety.

Hard copies of the submission form and associated documents will be available at the Nerang Customer Service Centre.
Only properly made submissions will be considered. A submission is properly made to the extent that the submission relates only to the proposed amendments. A submission may be made, in writing, otherwise than by the completion of this form. No acknowledgement will be issued on receipt of submissions
