RiskSmart
Self-to-Code development applications have been introduced as a new assessment
process for self-assessable development that does not comply with one or more
self-assessable acceptable outcomes of the City Plan.
The City is seeking your feedback on the current RiskSmart Self-to-Code process. Your feedback
will help streamline and improve the lodgement and assessment process.
The Guidelines for working near water and sewer
infrastructure (Guidelines) were created in response to the increase in
construction works near water and sewer infrastructure.
While the City endeavours to provide the most accurate and
informative guidelines, we are encouraging any stakeholders (i.e. contractors,
supervisors, project manager, designers, etc.) to share feedback on the
document and procedures.
Your feedback is much appreciated and will help streamline
and improve the Guidelines.
