Meeting and/or function rooms with kitchen facilities
Evacuation centre for use in emergencies
Community service spaces
New library

City Customer Service centre.
Designed for flexibility, the proposed precinct can host everything from community meetings and cultural events to learning activities, offering something for everyone and accommodating a wide range of local activities.
