Community Services and Facilities Review

Consultation has concluded

We’re undertaking a review of City of Gold Coast services and facilities to prioritise community needs and demand, while maximising facility usage and service outcomes across the Gold Coast. This includes our aquatic facilities, community centres, libraries, and sports and recreation centres.

We want to know your thoughts about how we can deliver future community services together. Specifically, we want to understand:

  • your current experience with available services
  • how you interact with community facilities
  • any gaps in local offerings
  • desired future services
  • ideas for integrating services that could work well together.

Our community activities and services are vital for thriving communities as they promote learning, health and strong connections. These can include:

  • sports and fitness programs
  • programs for children
  • youth
  • families
  • seniors
  • support for vulnerable community members
  • library services
  • arts
  • cultural
  • special interest activities.

Have your say between Tuesday 17 September and Monday 30 September 2024 and you could win one of two $500 eftpos gift vouchers (terms and conditions apply).
