We recently conducted community consultation on Urban Change Readiness to measure our community’s preparedness for urban change and identify community growth priorities.
More than 3000 community members shared their thoughts on the opportunities and challenges ahead. Through this process we heard what matters most to our community - take a closer look at the findings below.
Applications are now open for our Community Insights Panel, Community Reference Group and Industry Reference Group. Applications close on 14 May 2025.

We invited the Gold Coast community to participate in Vision for your city survey and Vision for change community workshops.
We’re closing the loop for the Urban Change Readiness project, and sharing the findings through the Community Growth Priorities Report, which outlines 9 key community priorities to help guide the next phase of the city’s planning. We’re inviting expression of interest for Community representative groups.
