Customer expectations are changing and we want to ensure that when you’re dealing with us or using any of our 800 services you have the best experience possible.

By sharing what’s most important to you and how we can make your life easier in our short survey, your feedback will help shape the design and delivery of better services.

The survey takes under five minutes to complete and by completing the survey you can go into the draw to win one of two EFTPOS vouchers valued at $500 (terms and conditions apply).
