Gold Coast Water - Residential Customer Satisfaction Survey 2015

Gold Coast Water is responsible for providing safe drinking water supplies (in cooperation with Seqwater) and safe sewage collection, treatment, reuse and disposal services for the city.
We wish to hear from our valued residential customers on key issues regarding our water and sewerage services. Increasing our understanding of your priorities regarding our services will assist in identifying and prioritising business improvements.
To have your say:

- get a hard copy survey at one of our:13 City libraries; or City of Gold Coast Administration Centres at Bundall or Nerang;
