Southport Special Entertainment Precinct was included in the Southport PDA Development Scheme, enabling and promoting a vibrant and safe entertainment precinct that enables both music venues and residential development in Southport.

Southport PDA Development Scheme Review has finished this stage
Council initiated a review of the Southport PDA Development Scheme as part of its regular review of planning instruments to ensure accuracy and relevance in light of changing circumstances. Community engagement identified as an important part of the review process.
