City of Gold Coast (City) invites you to have your say on the proposed Roads and Malls (Amendment) Local Law (No. 1) 2020 and Interference with a road (Amendment) Subordinate Local Law (No.1) 2020.
The City is responsible for managing an efficient road network that meets the city’s needs for the movement of people and goods, and the undertaking of activities that interfere with a road in a manner that is safe for all road users and protects the environment.

Hard copies of the submission form and associated documents will be available at the Nerang Customer Service Centre.
Only properly made submissions will be considered. A submission is properly made to the extent that the submission relates only to the proposed amendments. A submission may be made, in writing, otherwise than by the completion of this form. No acknowledgement will be issued on receipt of submissions
