Local Law Amendment - Parks and Reserves 2015
Consultation has concluded.
The City of Gold Coast (City) is responsible for a network of high-quality parks, open spaces and recreational facilities throughout the Gold Coast.
The following Local Law Amendments have been recently proposed to:
- provide for a commercial fitness trainers permit system;
- assist the implementation of the City’s adopted Ocean Beaches Strategy 2013-2023;
- clarify requirements and processes for commercial and City approved activities in parks; and
- correct numbering and typographical errors.
