The LGMS 2026 - In-principle version community engagement was undertaken from 20 April to 31 July 2026, offering the community an opportunity to review and provide further feedback on the Local Growth Management Strategy (LGMS) – In-principle version (March 2026) .

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views. Your feedback and insights will help inform further refinements to the LGMS.

A Community Engagement Report summarising the consultation findings will be published on this page once complete.

What's next?

A refined version of the LGMS will be presented to Council for endorsement. Drafting of the new Planning Scheme continues.
