Customers expectations are changing and we want to ensure that when you’re dealing with us or using any of our services, you have the best experience possible.

Council is so much more than rates, roads and rubbish. We’re your libraries, beaches, development approvals, community centres, aquatic centres and water supply to name a few. Using any of these services forms part of your customer experience with us.

By sharing what’s most important to you and how we can make your life easier in our short survey, your feedback will help shape the design and delivery of better services.
