Draft Corporate Plan - Gold Coast 2022

This consultation has concluded.

The City of Gold Coast Corporate Plan identifies what we need to do to work towards the City Vision – “Inspired by Lifestyle. Driven by Opportunity”.

The current Corporate Plan (Gold Coast 2020) is being reviewed and updated to ensure that the outcomes and actions continue to support our enviable Gold Coast lifestyle.

The Plan is structured around three themes:

  • The best place to live, visit and stay.
  • Prosperity built on a strong diverse economy.
  • People contribute to a strong community spirit.
