We’re wrapping the G:link in art. You decide. Vote now.
This consultation has now concluded.
We want to know what you think. We’ve narrowed the entries down to three of the best. Tell us which design should wrap seven carriages of the Gold Coast’s own light rail – the G:link.
The G:link will be wrapped in the successful design for several months, commencing during summer.
This constantly moving canvas will engage and ignite the imagination of Gold Coasters.
The final artwork is expected to celebrate our distinct culture, our subtropical environment and encourage more people to connect with the Gold Coast’s own light rail – the G:link.
This is an initiative of the City of Gold Coast with support from the Queensland Government’s Department of Transport and Main Roads, GoldlinQ and Go Transit.
Community engagement runs from 11 November to 27 November 2016.
