Local Law Amendment - Parks and Reserves 2016
Consultation has concluded.
The City of Gold Coast (City) is responsible for a network of high-quality parks, open spaces and recreational facilities throughout the Gold Coast.
Amendments have been proposed to the local law relating to commercial fitness activities in parks.
The amendments are about creating a balance between people who want to use our parks on a commercial basis with the need to provide public space for the wider community to to enjoy.
