The Libray Services Review survey has been prepared to assist Gold Coast City Council understand current library customers views on the library network.
The findings of this survey will contribute toward a broader review that considers the scope and scale of services offered through the city's libraries. The survey also asks about how customers currently use public libraries and the benefits customers receive.
Information you provide in response to this survey will be managed according to the Information Privacy Act 2009, securely stored on the Survey Monkey servers and will only be accessed by relevant council officers and the consultants undertaking the review.
This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete..

Council's aim is to provide important community facilities and establish the Gold Coast as a recreational and cultural hub in South-East Queensland.
